Update drive_manual.rst

Improved the manual driving documentation by:

• Adding instructions for finding the Jetson IP address before SSH
• Cleaning up the vehicle inspection section
• Adding joystick detection verification
• Improving structure and readability of the driving steps

These changes should make the first-time setup process clearer and reduce common SSH and controller issues.

Thanks @AdeebTarzi! Your changes have been folded into #80 (your commit is preserved in that branch). We trimmed it back a little. The original drive_manual.rst already used f1tenth_system and included the tmux multi-terminal workflow, which the rewrite dropped, so we restored those while keeping your "Finding the Jetson IP Address" tip. As most of the changes in this PR are paraphrasing the original content, we are moving in favor of the simplified addition.

A follow up PR will further expand the update to the docs. Happy to discuss any suggestions for improving the usability of the "Manual Control" section.
