docs: add mention to community templates #51

This page is rather weird.
Listing something that isn't supported or might use this plugin.
It is all so vague and smells like a rabbit hole for anyone who wishes to try it.
Why not move the simplest of templates to this repository and give some pointers on how to use it?
Ideally, you have something like bun create fable-vite and a wizard to select a template.
