server-bridge configuration added to server.conf ip-pool-floor and ip-pool-ceiling variables added for server-bridge
If server-bridge is selected then use the tap driver
Added server-bridge properties ip-pool-floor ip-pool-ceiling
Client.conf server-bridge support in Rakefile.erb.
User and group set to nobody for client.conf.erb
Default to local ip address
