* fix(dependencies): Bump web-toolkit and grails okapi to latest versions Should fix fed lock and connections issues Also include .idea files in gitignore * build(config): Set up configuration to use db.* application config values * build(ci): Bump postgres version in docker compose to PG17 * build(dependencies): Bump security versions * fix(dependencies): Revert to org.grails.plugins:spring-security-core:6.1.1 for this PR * fix: Dataload shouldn't be tied to successful cleanup * fix: Actually use resolved tenant schema * fix: Moved cleanupEnumerationLevelMetadata to tenant_enabled subscription * fix: onTenantEnabled parameters * refactor: Move cleanup enumeration to tenant_enabled event --------- Co-authored-by: Jack Golding <[email protected]>
