Remove isFixedPitch in Code fonts

This release adds support for ubuntu and probably other os's. The base em size is now divisible by 12, which fixes some weird rendering that was happening in ubuntu. In addition to this, a few extra features were added:
- Each glyph is now re-aligned to be simply in-line with the baseline (instead of slightly adjusted for flat-footed vs flag-poled) and centered against
0(except the few glyhps that need slight adjustment, noted in the svg). - The build pipeline is now controlled by a
Makefileas noted in theREADME. - The repo assumes running in linux with apt install, but dev just needs to brew install or otherwise handle dependencies to fit os if different
