- 添加针对NativeSessionID的答案保存与删除支持，实现会话数据的双向镜像
- 用JavaScript脚本替代CCR配置文件注入，简化配置管理并支持动态合并Hook设置
- 更新构建Claude进程环境变量，确保CCR运行时使用Shim路径
- 移除旧的配置注入和钩子过滤代码，改用更灵活的Shim机制
- 新增单元测试验证会话答案镜像和Shim注入行为，增加Windows下模拟执行脚本支持
- 统一管理Claude代码路由钩子，避免重复注入及配置冲突
- 解决CCR时提问工具失效的问题
