FAILED stable_datasets/tests/images/test_med_mnist.py::test_med_mnist_variants_download_and_format - requests.exceptions.HTTPError: 504 Server Error: Gateway Time-out for url: https://zenodo.org/records/10519652/files/pathmnist.npz?download=1

Seems this one dataset gets a timeout in the tests otherwise it seems Action100M tests pass :D so does pre-commit. Should we just re-run cicd here or do u want me to mark the timing-out test as skip? @Leon-Leyang
