Detailed execution plan for the next work package: Phase A (VJ sidecar serves a production build; strip base64 payloads from GET /api/jobs), Phase B (library video/image media kinds, import + range streaming + VIDEO tab, VJ uploads routed to stable library URLs so the cue survives reload, alpha-webm/png overlays), Phase C (ControlSurface conversion of MAKE, EDIT, LEARN — one PR each), Phase D (rVFC render loop, store selectors, H264 recording). Carries the verified architecture facts and standing constraints so the work can resume cold.
