Phase E captures the live-stems finish + simple/versatile sampler and stem activation ask, with the verified D4/D7 code state and the stems-are-already-cached clarification (no background pre-separation push). Phase F captures the library Opus autoconvert feature with a mandatory consumer-compatibility audit (F1) before any conversion code.
