Adds ROR (https://ror.org/) to the user ID directory dropdown for EML contacts, creators, metadata providers, and associated parties, enabling organizations to be credited with their ROR identifier.

As far as I can tell, this one line change was all that was needed. The URI for the ROR should play nice in the registry and on the dataset landing page contacts card. I tested it locally by modifying a valid dataset in the IPT to replace a person with an org (no names, added an ROR) and ran it through the GBIF data validator. No errors were reported.
