Convert GiD files (*.msh and .res) to Tecplot 360 files (.dat)

In order to use the tool:

copy the matlab file 'gid2tec.m' into the default matlab path.

Then, run:

gid2tec basename

where 'basename' is the name of the GiD files without the .msh and res suffixes.
