PyPI rejects "anyapi" as too similar to the existing "any-api" project.
Rename the Python distribution and import module to getanyapi to match
the npm @getanyapi/sdk scope. Surgical: env vars (ANYAPI_API_KEY),
getanyapi.com URLs, the @anyapi/generator internal workspace scope, and
"AnyAPI" brand copy are untouched. Emitter path (PY_OUT_ROOT) moved so
regen stays byte-identical; release.yml PyPI job relabeled.
