Improves handling and rendering of DNS service configuration and record management in both the admin and client interfaces.
Fixes issues such as known failure: “Key 'provider' does not exist as the sequence/mapping is empty in
mod_servicedns_config.html.twigat line 10.”Recommend testing with live system running the module; this was not available at time of PR.
