This repository contains educational materials from an advanced Public Economics PhD course (Fall 2021). The materials consist of:
- Paper Outlines: Structured summaries and critical analyses of seminal research papers in public economics
- Practice Referee Reports: Fictitious referee reports written as course exercises to develop academic peer review skills
- Bibliography: Comprehensive references for course readings
These documents were created as part of doctoral-level training in public economics. The referee reports are practice exercises written for pedagogical purposes and do not represent actual journal submissions or real peer review processes.
