Public Economics F21 - PhD Course Materials

This repository contains educational materials from an advanced Public Economics PhD course (Fall 2021). The materials consist of:

  • Paper Outlines: Structured summaries and critical analyses of seminal research papers in public economics
  • Practice Referee Reports: Fictitious referee reports written as course exercises to develop academic peer review skills
