Migrate DropBox API to v2

I am unable to test this because I don't have an app key, but the migration seemed fairly straightforward. It does build. I can test builds for you, or if you can share the app parameters I can test it myself.

I was able to replicate the error with both a phone 8.1 emulator and a win10 device.

I have a couple ideas, and will test them tonight and respond here.

I've raised a support issue with DropBox, because it is their assembly that is throwing the error.
