Add Editframe promo example (React + Editframe)

Motivation

• Add a self-contained example demonstrating an Editframe/React video composition and promotional layout to the examples/ tree.

Description

• Add a new example at examples/editframe-promo with project metadata and ignore rules via package.json and .gitignore.
• Implement the composition UI in src/Video.tsx using @editframe/react components and helper components WritingLine, FeatureCard, and OrbitLines to build sequenced Timegroup scenes.
• Add bootstrap and entry files including index.html, src/main.tsx, src/vite-env.d.ts, and an empty src/assets/.gitkeep to support the build.
• Provide styling and build configuration via src/styles.css, vite.config.ts, and tsconfig.json to enable preview and single-file builds with Tailwind and Editframe plugins.

• No automated tests were executed for this example.
