Gl0kyCrypt v1.1

Basically in this version only included a small readjustment to the code to provide compatibility with Windows systems, now you can use this program on any windows system with the version of python 3.9 installed.

This is the first version of the program, on this version we can only do cesar encrypt and decrypt, ill be adding mor fetures and more encryptations type on the next versions, these are de first features of this program:
