This PR aims to add support for directly using OAuth 2.0 access tokens as credentials. Application Default Credentials can still be used just like before and no configuration changes are required, except of course if using an access token is desired, case in which the
GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALSenvironment variable should be replaced byGOOGLE_ACCESS_TOKEN.
