Overview
Bumps @google/genai from 1.45.0 to 1.46.0 in pnpm-lock.yaml, updating the resolved integrity and transitive dependency graph.

As part of the new resolution, ws is updated to 8.20.0, cascading into several AI-related packages (openai, @openai/agents, @langchain/*, langsmith) due to their optional/peer ws wiring.
