This pull request adds the ability to start a Slowmode in a channel or thread, affecting all messages including those in threads. Non-exempt users (workspace admins, channel managers, and those whitelisted in the modal) will have their messages deleted and an ephemeral message sent containing the deleted message if they exceed the slowmode time interval. Slowmodes can be indefinite or temporary, and the modal can be opened by running
/slowmode [channel]or by a message shortcut.See fd firehouse for more info.
