Simply adding the symlinks for Ubuntu 22.04 and Ubuntu 22.10 would not actually support these distributions. Tweaks would needed in order to actually support Ubuntu 22.04 and Ubuntu 22.10. #299 is an incomplete attempt for porting HHVM to Ubuntu 22.04 and Ubuntu 22.10.
Since porting to Ubuntu 22.04 and 22.10 is non-trivial. I would not expect it could be done very soon. This PR reverts commit 0f77ba1 so it would not be a blocker of releasing HHVM 4.166.0
