Describe this PR

• Many reasons for this: mostly about device support.
• PGLite is still a bit immature for us to use it.
• Mapping entirely offline wasn't the best idea either - there are better tools available for that like ODK Collect and QField.

@spwoodcock, so we are not having enableWebforms on the config file and only relying on the option provided on the create project to either use webforms or the ODK Collect app? If yes, then I'll make the necessary changes as it's making the webforms always disabled on the mapper frontend.

Yes I think so - we used that feature flag during development, but should probably remove it entirely now (replacing with project specific config as you say)
