My CSC 742 homework.

AS1

• hc_puzzel.py - hill climbing puzzel with 8 tile slider game board.
• hc_queen.py - hill climbing code to solve 8 queens chessboard problem.

AS2

• chromosome.py - my chromosome to hold binary codes, calculate fitness with various algorithms for selection, perform crossover, perform mutation, allow for different number of variables based on the run I've started.
• main.py - run reproduction over chromosomes for a number of population and number of generations. perform roulette wheel selection for inverted fitness score handling negatives.
