Temporal fix for switching network when origin chain changes.
WalletConnectrequires the app to be on the same network as the app it is trying to connect to. In the case of the Warp UI, it uses the default network until a transaction it's triggered whereswitchNetworkis called, that is why it is not able to approve a connection from WalletConnect that has a different network than the UI.This changes makes it so that whenever a chain is selected it will trigger
switchNetworkinstead of waiting for a transaction to happen first.
