As part of V6 release of data, the following updates were made to this repo in the process of handling new studies, datasets, and harmonized data.

Changes include:

  • Creation of configuration files for new studies
  • Dataset and datafile support for new file types
  • Updates to meta tags, systems, and harmony files to support cogency between data
  • Updates to helper scripts
