Update the links on README as relative links are broken on pypi description page.

Pull request overview

Updates README hyperlinks to use absolute GitHub URLs so they render correctly on the PyPI project description page (where relative links break).

Changes:

  • Replaced many relative documentation links with absolute https://github.com/intel/sycl-tla/... links.
  • Updated links to key repo files (CHANGELOG, LICENSE, CONTRIBUTORS) to absolute GitHub URLs.
  • Adjusted directory links (e.g., examples/) to use GitHub tree URLs.
