Pull request overview
Updates README hyperlinks to use absolute GitHub URLs so they render correctly on the PyPI project description page (where relative links break).
Changes:
- Replaced many relative documentation links with absolute
https://github.com/intel/sycl-tla/...links. - Updated links to key repo files (CHANGELOG, LICENSE, CONTRIBUTORS) to absolute GitHub URLs.
- Adjusted directory links (e.g.,
examples/) to use GitHubtreeURLs.
