Types Of Users

There are six types of users:

• Unregistered: A visitor who hasn't logged in and can only log in or create a new account (not actually tracked by the system).
• New User: A recently registered User who is placed on a waiting list and must be approved by an Admin or Manager before gaining access.
• Regular: A User who can access and connect only to VMs that have been assigned to them by an Admin or Manager.
• Sidekick: A User who can manage their own connections to VMs and Bookmarks, but can also access VMs assigned by an Admin or Manager.
• Manager: A User who can manage their own connections to VMs and Bookmarks, assign VMs to Users, and manage User accounts.
• Admin: A User extension of the Manager, that can change the role of another User to Manager.
