Types Of Users

There are six types of users:
- Unregistered: A visitor who hasn't logged in and can only log in or create a new account (not actually tracked by the system).

New User: A recently registered
Userwho is placed on a waiting list and must be approved by an Admin or Manager before gaining access. -
Regular: A
Userwho can access and connect only toVMsthat have been assigned to them by an Admin or Manager. -
Sidekick: A
Userwho can manage their own connections toVMsandBookmarks, but can also accessVMsassigned by an Admin or Manager. -
Manager: A
Userwho can manage their own connections toVMsandBookmarks, assignVMstoUsers, and manageUseraccounts. -
Admin: A
Userextension of the Manager, that can change the role of anotherUserto Manager.
