proposed changes still to be added

  • make use of tools part of mandatory requirements for acceptance
  • describe how the vo-dml + binding form the "standard" serialization for a particular model - this should probably be moved into a separate "mapping specification" document. - note 1.0 only makes a suggestion as to what the serialization should be
  • add some discussion of validation issues (warnings vs errors)
