doesnt build on windows

I failed to build "docker-compose up" under windows after the last "JWK"-step. Hasura is not communicating with keycloak.

• "Error fetching JWK: NoResponseDataReceived"

Possible reason for failure:
windows doesn't support docker hosts

Possible solution:

• rename hosts to "host.docker.internal" or "localhost".
• You will need to give them all unique ports.. I think..

Anyone else having this problem?
