Added retention time filtering functionality in the similarity engine, parsing
rt_tolerancefield defined in config.py and implemented the filter logic inside similarity.py. Invalid and missing values safely skip the RT check. Added extensive test coverages.PR created automatically by Jules for task 8287969085156023410 started by @janusson
