Interests

  • Legged locomotion and underactuated control
  • Optimal Control: simple movement optimizations that minimize trade-offs (typically energy and performance)
  • Numerical integration (RK45, implicit midpoint) and event-driven ODE simulation
  • GPU-parallel dynamics — running large hopper populations on CUDA for parameter sweeps
