I have created a directory named “custom_script” to archive my scripts and functions that can automatise the eddy detection and tracking using this package. I intend to add more script related to analysing the output of the software, particularly Chelton format data for quick summary plots. These scripts will be a valuable addition.
I also intend to create a Zenodo version of this directory for reproducibility purpose.
