The pyAOP package serves as a toolkit for Adverse Outcome Pathway (AOP) integration and analysis. It provides functionalities to facilitate the construction, visualization, interpretation of AOP networks and their evidence types from various data sources.

Installation

The most recent code and data can be installed directly from GitHub with uv:

$ uv pip install git+https://github.com/jmillanacosta/pyaop.git

or with pip:

$ python3 -m pip install git+https://github.com/jmillanacosta/pyaop.git

VHP4Safety – the Virtual Human Platform for safety assessment project NWA 1292.19.272 is part of the NWA research program ‘Research along Routes by Consortia (ORC)’, which is funded by the Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research (NWO).
