added length to email and token to remove migration errror

The migration was giving me an error of invalid length before i added the length .... but no more error now

@johnayeni Hey John! This is unusual - what error are you seeing? This is a Laravel default migration, and I'm not super comfortable setting an arbitrary length for a token column.

The error was that the email and the token length was too long, so the migrations could not be completed, thats why i had to specify a length for them

Nothing wrong with the default migration file, it's mysql.
Laravel 5.4: Specified key was too long error

Probably useless to most of you all now, because this is a well known issue.
