I'm a Computational Biologist living in Minnesota, currently working as a Postdoctoral Associate at Washington University. I specialize in integrating multi-omics data, bacterial and viral metagenomics, and statistical modeling to uncover mechanisms of health and disease.
With over 10 years of experience, I love building reproducible workflows and translating complex biological data into actionable insights for biomarker discovery, mechanistic breakthroughs, and precision medicine.
