This pull request introduces support for custom content within tooltips and adds a new
hideDelayproperty to control how long the tooltip remains visible after the mouse leaves. The changes enhance the flexibility and usability of the tooltip component, allowing for richer content and improved user experience. The Storybook examples are updated to showcase these new capabilities.
