Added a blocking version of the display sync function.
1. Wrong page numbers when the max y of the bounding box is not a multiplier of 8. 2. The LCD's coordinate system has a reversed y. Fixed nearly all the tty funcions. 3. The clear screen function changed to the STLcd_clear in the TTY APIs. 4. Added lcdTextOut and ttyScrollUp cli commands.
Also changed the code style.

This is the latest version of the LCD routine I used. I changed the branch name to a more sensible one.
