This PR introduces a visual overview of the kipoiseq codebase.
You can preview how it will appear in the GitHub UI here: https://github.com/CodeBoarding/GeneratedOnBoardings/blob/main/kipoiseq/on_boarding.md
These high-level, abstract diagrams are designed to help developers quickly get up to speed with the structure and flow of the codebase. We believe visuals provide an effective starting point when navigating unfamiliar systems. The diagrams are generated using a both static analysis and large language models (LLMs), combining accurate code references with contextual insight.
For full transparency: this is part of an early-stage startup effort. We’re still exploring what is the best way to help people get up-to-speed with new codebases.
