index.html のタイトル欄にku-ldifのロゴを挿入しました

ku-ldif のロゴとしては https://github.com/ku-ldif に掲載されているものを使いました
挿入にともない、活動内容やリンク集などの htmlNthChild をひとつずらしています
Pull Request 生成時に出力されるHTMLファイルを確認した上で、崩れている場合は修正を加えるつもりです
