Fixed cloud redirects from conversion back to one level

Reported by Faheem:

When referring customers to certain sections of our docs, we noticed some links are being redirected to an invalid url.
E.g. https://docs.kurrent.io/cloud/ops/sizing.html which is a valid link redirects to https://docs.kurrent.io/cloud/dedicated/ops/sizing.html which is invalid.
It looks like there are redirects set up for cloud but "dedicated" folder no longer exists and moved one level up in the sidebar.
