更新日志：

  • get_status 接口的 plugins_good 字段更改为提供所有内部插件的 good 状态
  • 修复 get_status 接口获取的 rate_limited_actions 插件状态不正确的问题
  • 对配置文件语法错误报致命错误，以防止因为语法错误而被默认生成配置覆盖
  • 群消息事件的 sender 字段加入 area、level、role、title 字段
