Preserve configuration sync cleanup and capabilities alongside relay renewal. Adapt the new agent-title preference to queued settings edits and portable configuration. Split account configuration requests into a focused module to keep the merged service within the source-size limit. Validation: desktop and mobile generation, analysis and tests; shared configuration analysis and tests; sidecar/core and Cloud fmt, clippy and tests; max-lines ratchet. One headless-runtime test failed in the initial parallel run, then passed in isolation and in the final complete run. PostgreSQL integration tests remain ignored by default.
