How To Test:

cd tests/interop/go_libp2p/go_node

go build -o interop_node .

// On Terminal 1
./interop_node -listen "/ip4/127.0.0.1/tcp/9001"

// On Terminal 2
cd py-libp2p
python -m tests.interop.go_libp2p.py_node --connect "/ip4/127.0.0.1/tcp/9001/p2p/{PEER_ID_FROM_TERMINAL_1}" --topic test --count 3 --message "Hello from Python!"
