fix(@clayui/css): LPD-64729 Updates c-slideout-fluid CSS

• fix(@clayui/css): LPD-64729 Sidebar prints properties twice
  • CSS properties in .c-slideout .sidebar were printing twice due to clay-map-to-css in clay-sidebar-variant mixin
• fix(@clayui/css): LPD-64729 Removes xxl breakpoint, it generates too many selectors
  • Adding a new breakpoint generates too many rule-sets, adding 27kb to clay.css. We moved to a desktop first approach a while ago to combat this.
• fix(@clayui/css): LPD-64729 c-slideout-fluid should push content the correct amount
• fix(@clayui/core): LPD-64729 SidePanel moves c-slideout-fluid class to container
  • This allows us to target c-slideout-{start | end} so we can set the right padding amount
