The current simulation world does not match the pre-mapped world from humble. This PR updates the default world to turtlebot3_world as well as the default navigation map.
This PR also updates the launch file to remove the separate usage of navigation yaml files for sim and real hardware as the new launch file automatically handles setting the use_sim_time param
