What are the functions of CancerExplorer app?

Besides an overview at the Github CancerExplorer page you can run the application and can access a functionality tour: by clicking the blue info button Start the tour wiith the blue info button

Now a tour guide appears that presents single functions to you. You can go on by clicking 'Next' Click 'Next' to proceed

Then, certain more complex functions have a 'Demo' entry that can be clicked to get animations and descriptive texts. Click 'Demo' for animated information
