New features multi-region-platform and regional-cluster-endpoints referenced non-existent doc pages. Both concepts are covered by the existing multi-region-mode documentation.
Shows which tiers include multi-region features.
Features need to be in products.yaml to render in FeatureTable. Added to same tiers as existing multi-region-mode feature.
