Without github_token, the action defaults to OIDC authentication which requires id-token: write permission. PR #3555 accidentally removed this line while refactoring the prompt. Fixes claude-review check failures on all new PRs.

Summary
PR #3555 accidentally removed
github_tokeninput while refactoring the prompt. Without it, the action defaults to OIDC authentication which requiresid-token: writepermission (not present).This one-liner fix restores the token, matching vcluster-pro and loft-enterprise.
