DM-51670: Add object parents table and update deblending object catalog schemas

For consistency with the measurement plugin flags, it might be good to preface the "reasons for skipped" flag with deblend_skipped, not just deblend (ditto for "reasons for failure").

This came up in the impromptu schema focus-group session @yalsayyad held during the DESC hack week.
