It's impossible to send emails via TLS since 2.4.8.
This PR fixes this.
Same bug affected magento2 core, fixed here : magento/magento2@61170a4#diff-f92987c4dced7a786ba8d9586a1887267fea3b9d3faa20b49cefdfb5bfc9bbb7
I just used the same logic.
